We identify, design and deliver solutions that are focused on fulfilling the requirements of investors, asset owners, hotel owners and developers .We are associated with some of the largest businesses and asset owners in GCC, India and Europe such as Jabal Omar Development Company, City Investments, Al Wasl, Al Sraiya Hotels and Hospitality Group, Fortimo group etc. Our clients entrust us with over 3000 hotel rooms under asset management, advisory services for 10,000 hotel rooms under development, project development management for over 300,000 square feet of branded residences and two mid-market hotels signed for management as operator under AmericInn Hotels & Suits brand.
